pdfxml and PDF hit highlighting

I've noticed that the query terms are not highlighted in PDFs anymore on our website.

Are you aware of any changes to PDF Highlight File Format, or did Adobe actually dropped this feature?

There are two different ways PDF highlighting can be provided to Acrobat. The older "pdfxml" has been removed from Acrobat Reader X, and will no longer function.

There's a newer format called "Open PDF Parameters", which recent versions of Webinator support.
