Limit to Number of Base URL's?

What do you mean "standard Webinator scripts?" As far as I know, everything I'm using is standard.

Under the directory created for my profile, there are 3 db's. DB1, DB2, and WALK. I didn't create it so Webinator must have.

The walk database is part of the Version 5, which has not been generally released yet. Walks occur to the walk database, and they are then copied to either db1 or db2, which searches are going to the other one. That allows refresh walks to happen to a separate database than the crawl database.
