It appears that it is the fact that the webinator program does not look like
a cgi script, ie it is not suffixed with '.cgi'. I discovered this when I
renamed it with this extension. I sent the search and the program seemed to
accept it but your license server (or something in the program) did not as
it returned the comment 'licence violation'
Is there a way around this?
