The Friday appliance will not have SOAP yet; it is coming before the end of this month however.

I'm sorry, there has been some internal mis-communication about updates, and the SOAP API isn't quite going out yet.
As Kai said in the ticket, SOAP itself is ready but it depends on a Texis core update that isn't quite ready yet.
Kai is our release manager so he will make sure you know when the update for this is available.

The texis and texisScripts updates containing a beta release of SOAP (and other fixes) were released today.
