Walk is stuck/can't open profile anymore

I have a profile that started a scheduled refresh walk two days ago. I can't seem to select this profile to cancel the walk or check on the status. Anyway I can force pausing/stopping that walk?

That doesn't seem to work either - the request is still pending after 30 minutes...

Stop the request and try the stop a couple of times, giving it a minute or 2 each time. If it still doesn't respond you'll probably have to reboot it.

Is the whole interface unresponsive or just the walk status for that walk? You didn't set the max process size to unlimited did you?

The max process size is probably "huge". Anything below that seems to lead to walks not being completed. The interface is unresponsive as soon as I select this profile. Other profiles are working fine...

I suppose the only way to reboot the appliance is thru the system console?

You can reboot through webmin on the Maintenance page.

More recent scripts make the walks go to completion even if they hit memory limits. Use Maintenance->Check for updates to get newer scripts.
