Webinator HTTP 500 errors

Are you saying I cannot create new databases if my hit count is sometimes greater than 25000? Is there more history than shown in "texis -license", and how do I print that? What if the hit count goes back down? Can I create databases then?

What about search engines, do you count spiders from Google and Yahoo, etc. as part of my hit count?

You won't be able to create databases if the hit or record count exceeds the license size. When the violation condition stops creation is reenabled.
Your monitor.log may have messages about violation.

Any access to your admin or search interface is a hit. Spiders won't generally hit more than just the search form unless you have urls with canned queries on your site. You can use robots.txt to keep spiders out of areas of your site.

We have several databases indexing different sites. Is there any way to look at the hit count by database or site?

Thanks
