Remove Common vs. Keep Tags precedence

Hi!
There are a few pages that were being "stripped" down because of the "Remove Common" option. They contain very similar content that Webinator strips out the header and parts of the actual real content.

I tried to add HTML-comment strings around the real content and added the strings in the "Keep Tags" field. It seems the content is still being stripped down.

Is "Remove Common" carried out before checking for "Keep Tags" and can we work around it somehow (since we still need common content to be taken away?

Remove common is the last thing done after the entire walk is finished. If you can find tags to remove the boilerplate or keep the content I'd use those and not remove common.
