Yes, the Login Cookies should be the name of the cookie with credentials/login info.

How does the %REFERER% in the Login URL not work? Is there an error you get?

I've stopped messing with the Login URL for now until I get the Login Cookies working right. I've tried setting the cookie to "icscserve" but I am still only only getting the anonymous permitted results, even while logged in.
