Upgrade to a newer version of Webinator, or do a "Pause and Make Live", and then start a refresh walk periodically.

We were thinking of moving Webinator to a new server. That would be a good time to do the upgrade. We only have a license for one server. Do we have a grace period when we can keep the old Webinator running while bringing the new server up? Ideally we would like to move a couple of profiles at a time and making sure everything is working.
