PDF font issues.

when parsing this pdf:

The index ends up with an extra "t" where the trademarks are.

Probably an incorrect toUnicode map in the PDF file for a certain font. We're looking into it.

An update - texis-5.01.1150743661 - is now available to fix this. It can be downloaded from the Maintenance -> Check for Updates menu link.
