Hi,

I am trying to retrive data from a texis database on HP using the Texis ODBC driver. When I try to connect to the Texis database using either Access or the SQL server import/export utlity, I get the following error: DIAG [S1001] Out of Memory (1001)

What am I doing wrong?

Do you have texisd running on the HP server? What settings did you specify when configuring the DSN?

Texisd is running on the HP server using the default port. I added the server name and the full path to the database in the DSN

If you have enabled logging on the HP server you should be able to see if a connection is even being made. Otherwise please open a ticket via the Tech Support page, and send details of the version of Texis running on the HP box.

I get the following error in the log file, so the connection is being made.

005 can't read socket: Connection reset by peer
