Password Lost!

We sent responses on June 27 and July 17th. Perhaps your spam filters dropped it?

Try the password with a dot(.) instead of a dash(-).

If you've changed the password you have 2 choices, either wipe the appliance to factory state using the CD that came with it. Then it will have the same password as in the booklet with the possible exception of using . instead of -.

The other choice would be to give us access to the appliance over the internet on port 22 so that we can reset the password.
