links on another site

hi,
We would like to return in our search results links on another site which are linked to from pages located under our base url.
I've tried enabling Off-site Pages but it ends up indexing thousand of pages (there are only around 100 of these links/pages that need to be index). and I've tried adding the url of the site with these pages in 'Extra Domains' which gives me an 'Offsite' error message when I run the walk. Any ideas? thanks.

In Extra Domains you should add just the domain name you want to crawl, without the http:// on the front of the path. That will then proceed to crawl all of that other site, if that is what you want.

I tried that but I get an 'error - offsite" after rewalking

Did you do a mode "new" or "refresh" walk? Try "new".

If you still have problems please provide specifics:
your base urls
your extra domains
the actual error messages (with the mentioned urls)
