the document is on our intranet. Can I send it via email?
the only settings I have changed are
- setting the max page size to 9000000
- setting maximum process size to large

You'll need to open a ticket from the tech support page. When someone responds to that via email you'll be able to attach your file to email. Refer to this thread in your message.

If you've registered your email address by opening tickets in the past you can save a step and just email directly to support@thunderstone.com instead of using the web form.

Hi,
I tried using the latest scripts (5.1.6.0) and get the same result.

The Texis version is
Commercial Version 5.01.1137083200
(1686 intel winnt 64 32)

The anytotx version is
Release 20060112 1137083200
Thunderstone : 1
Formats : pdf html msw xls mso swf auto other
Pdf: 3.00.04 (supporting pdf 1.5)

The url of the pdf file is
http://192.168.0.3/support/posts/entregn/AFRICA.PDF

The url of the doc files is
http://192.168.0.3/support/posts/entregn/sudan.doc

Using geturl on the pdf file I get the following :
content type : application/pdf
http/1.1 200 ok

and using geturl on the word file I get the following :
content type : application/msword

advanced walk settings file sent via email.

For anyone reading this the resolution was to install a recent version of Texis.
