Upgrading from version 4 enquiry

Hi,

Right now, we are using commercial licence Webinator version 4 running under Solaris plaform. Say if we were to upgrade to version 5.1 and we want it to be running under Linux platform, does that consider as an upgrade or we need to purchase another new commercial licence since we are using different platform?
