I have removed all left-over instances of this profile as a replication target, but there's still no delete option.

Open a tech support ticket so you can send walk statu, settings, and tech support info pages.

i have submitted a ticket for this twice, but never received a confirmation, is there something not working with the submission form?

I see the tickets and a response within minutes of the first one. The 2nd was just submitted. Maybe your mail system is dumping our support emails. Check your spam folder. Make sure you allow email from support@thunderstone.com
