HTML files shouldn't even be using anytotx. Perhaps the error is erroneous? Try pausing the walk and changing the Parallelism->Threads to 1 and resuming.

The URLs that have this error aren't downloading / being indexed - they all appear in the URL list (profile tools) with 0 bytes.

I have changed the Threads to 1 and it's still producing the same error the walk is just going slower.

Is it possible my permissions still aren't right or is this an unrelated problem?

Anytotx shouldn't even be invoked for html pages. Maybe you should open a ticket so you can send your full profile settings.
