Can someone give me an ESTIMATE on how long it takes to install webinator on
a server.

hi,
i've put new html pages on my site but the webinator is not
picking them up.
i did gw -i (index) on the sites but no go.
the site is:
www.pjcn.com
you'll see the search there.
please let me know what the problem is if you can.

About 5 minutes if you have the answers to the three questions it will ask:
Where is your CGI directory?
What is your DOCUMENT ROOT directory?
What user does the web server run as?

Then you need to walk your site with it. The speed of that depends on the
size of the site and how fast it is. But it's generally quite quick.

-i just updates the database's indices of fetched data.
You need to rewalk your site to fetch the current pages. Use the -rewalk option
(http://www.thunderstone.com/gw2man/node20.html)
or use -wipe and rewalk your site by hand.
