Hallo Kai

We are getting the same failure. Dowalks are not working on schedule. But if I launch it manaully, it works perfect. Any ideas?

What's your OS type and version?
What's your Texis version?
What's your scripts version?

Double check that the schedules are in place by running
texis -ls
from the command line. If not go to the profile then unschedule and update. Then reset the schedule and update. Check texis -ls again.

I am using Windows 2008 R2 Standard with IIS 7.5.
The Texis.exe version is 4.04.0156.
The Webinator version ist 5.1.85

The Dowalks are generated per webinterface. If I click on GO Button, dowalk works fine. But if I schedule a dowalk at sometime. The dowalk will start but isn't doing anything.

Failure in vortex.log:

000 2011-05-11 09:28:33 ..\scripts\webinator\dowalk:6365: Cannot set std[0] flags: The parameter is incorrect in the function TXpopenduplex

The only solution for that old version of Texis is to upgrade to the latest. Contact sales to discuss upgrade options.

Basically the way that the system is setup for services changed with the newer Windows which causes the error message when the walk is started by the Monitor service. This has been accounted for in the current versions of Texis.
