Schema for table counts not permitted by current license

Hello

After installation i get this error message if I create a new profile.

115 /webinator/dowalk(maketables) 3124: No such table: counts in the database: C:\Program Files\Thunderstone Software\Webinator\texis\test4\db1\

In the GUI admin interface, what version does it report for Webinator?

Webinator 5.1.88-Windows-w/plugin

I've completly deinstalled the old version and installed the new...

Open a support ticket (via the Support link at the top of this page), and send the full output of:

"C:\Program Files\Thunderstone Software\Webinator\texis -LICENSE

run from the command line, and we will investigate further. Thanks.

The wrong license was sent with the product; tech support has sent the proper one.
