At present, the text samples on my Webinator search results page display
text randomly chosen from somewhere near the top of the page. The user
then has to click on the page, and scroll down to find the phrase for
which he or she was searching.

Q: Is there any way to make these text samples start with (or at least
display) the actual search words used?

Thanks,
RAB

On the Webinator Example page (http://www.thunderstone.com/webinator/example/)
you'll find a version of the default search script that displays the context
of the first match instead of the default abstract in the query results list.

Also, on the default search, the user may click "Match Info" to be taken
to the first match as well as see all of the matches.
