top.html and SSI banner Code

Is there a way to make the top.html parsed so that it
processes a Server Side Include? If not is there some other
way to put banners in the top of every page. Our banners
are usallally servered up via a SSI call.

The best way to do this is to forego the usage of the
top.html file and move your look and feel / SSI stuff
to the inside of the search script.
