vortex/html sample code

I have two separate databases (db1 & db2). I am attempting to have one html form
search one or the other database via radio buttons and vortex code. I tried
several ways and still cannot get this to work. Is there some sample vortex/html
code that can lead me in the right direction.

Replace the hidden db setting with something like this:

<$dbs = db1 db2>
<$dbn = "First database" "Second database">
<radio db $dbs $db $dbn>
