I tried to install the new webinator version with my pre-existing Texis. Spent about 1/2 hour trying to get it right without messing up my Texis install but was unable to get it right.

You should be able to install it somewhere besides /usr/local/morph3 . It will replace your CGI texis with the new one and rename your old one to texis-old. After the install you can rename texis to texis-new and rename texis-old back to texis. Then make sure you use texis-new instead of texis in your webinator urls.

IIWSMJ; It would seem to me that the install should encompass pre-existing Texis sites and Vortex only webservers. The requisite for two Texis versions seems a little clumsy too, but understandable from many aspects.
