How do you create and query multiple indicies?

On a related note, can Webinator walk more than one index at a time?

Just create a separate profile for each.
Yes, you may walk them all at once. You just need to start each one individually.

If all of these are related another option is putting them in one profile and using categories to specify and perform restricted searches against certain areas.
