Title insertion

Post by davidtg »

Not trying to sound like too much of a whiner but it would be nice if Thunderstone would consider removing the title insertion in the Commercial version of Webinator. Seems resonable to keep the copyright tag on the page for this version. As it stands the Commercial version for $600 doesn't seem to be that much of a step up from the free version given the cost. We paid this cost but a purchase of the Professional version would be 200% of my software budget - we just can't afford it.

I hope this suggestion won't fall on completely deaf ears, I know my ears are ringing from all the complaints we get regarding our search page titles.

Sincerely, David Grayston

You can remove it by editing the script, its pretty easy to do.

The title insertion and copyright tag at the bottom do currently go together, and you can't change it by editing the script. We will take another look at this policy.

Bart and John,

Thanks for the replies. There isn't any way to remove by editing - the Title and copyright get inserted by texis.exe dynamically in the Commer. version.

John, thanks for a consideration of a policy review.

Sincerely, David

Oh, sorry. I thought the Title was done by the script.
