Webinator 4.0 Free edition (un)installed at least 10 times. For some reason the system (monitor.exe, texis.exe) hangs at certain search settings, e.g. if you disable "stay under", enable "all extensions" or enable "enterprise". CPU driving up to 100%.
Mostly the search hangs at a certain page and refreshes the same "page" over and over. At this point there is no way of stopping that particular walk. Resetting is also not possible. The only option seems to delete a certain profile, uninstall webinator, reboot and re-install.
The admin url created in the task bar, does not register the "scripts" directory definition. E.g. /cgi-bin/texis.exe/webinator/dowalk is always /scripts/webinator/dowalk, whatever you fill in while installing the software. Texis.exe is put in the right directory (/cgi-bin/).
What's the best way to stop walks, without uninstalling and installing the software?
Another question: how to change the font size of the result (pages)? In /wwwroot/webinator/search, but where exactly.
Finally, it could be useful if one could save the searches default settings. Now I have to copy the header and footer html over and over, every time a profile is deleted or the software is uninstalled and re-installed.
