cd key

my imac ms 9 would not start. it said error atm 119. i found the atm and disabled it. it started. now when i go to retrieve files in word perfect, it says "locate your ten digit cd key and enter it in the space below. You will find this # on the yellow sticker of your cd liner notes or cd sleeve." I don't have this # or a yellow sleeve. I've been using this computer for over a year. What can I do?

I think you have found the wrong tech support group. We are not associated with Word Perfect, and do not have any software with a 10-digit CD key.
