Can't send data errors on external sites

Hi,

I am trying to do a walk on a server and including external sites and keep getting the following error on all external sites.

Checking for broken hyperlinks...

The same settings work fine on 2 other servers.

Any ideas ?

Is the new server behind a firewall or proxy that is configured differently than the other servers?

Hi John,

Thanks for that - it turns out the network that that server is on does require a proxy.

The problem now is that it is an authenticated proxy which requires a proxy userid & pwd to get through.

I have searched the support files but can not find any documentation regarding passing authentication to the proxy.

We do not currently support sending user and password to a proxy. We will add that in an upcoming release.
