NT version -- http/1.0 501 Not Supported

Hi,

I installed, created a db, and did

gw -dcreate URL
gw -i

cool so far!

When I run "URL/cgi-bin/webinator" I get the error
"http/1.0 501 Not Supported"

What did I do wrong?

Also you may need to specify the url as http:/cgi-bin/webinator.exe,
