Intitialization Failure + License violation

we have another problem.
Part1)
This problem causes the server to be literally stopped by 100 and more texis jobs.

Message:
Texis.exe - DLL Initialization failed
Initialization of the dynamic link library c:\winnt\system32\user32.dll failed. The process is terminating abnormally.

Effect in Taskmanager - Processes:
100 - 1000 texis.exe

Effect in Taskmanager - Memory:
Commit Charge (K) 100%

Effect for System:
Hangs. We have to reboot.

System: Dual CPU, 1.33 GHZ CPU, 1 G Ram, Winnt 4 SP6a
Webinator: Commercial
Texis: Texis Monitor version 04.00.1017771124

we have till now 2 users -still developing- and maybe 500 Hits per day.
What is a hit?
What is the problem.

Someone else will probably reply to this issue, but you might be better served by opening a ticket from the "Tech Support" link on the left for things like this.

Don't know about the system's inability to run it's own dlls (user32.dll), but run
texis -license
from the command prompt to find your license settings.
Copy license.upd from the CD to your installation directory and run
texis -update
to ensure that the proper license is installed.
