new dowalk and webinatoradmin scripts are not working under APACHE OVER WINDOWS 2000.

Continue to get the 888 error where

888: Can't exec `./c:\ARCHIV~1\APACHE~1\apache\cgi-bin\texis.exe':
The System cannot find the specified file. in the function doexec

I tried that one, It does not worked. Then I tried to reinstalled the old 4.0.5 and this is what I got:
