has anyone used webinator on Mac OS-X?
Or is there one compiled?

An OS-X version is in the works but we don't have an expected date yet.

(But note that Webinator running on a currently supported Unix or Microsoft platform can index the pages of your Macintosh server... then from your web site, just link to that machine for the search function.)

Doran, any change in the Mac OS X front ??? Any plans for a full TEXIS implemenatation targeted at the G5 and OS X ??

We're a lot closer now, but there are still some portability issues being worked on. We expect them to be resolved in the next few weeks however (that's a very tentative timeframe).

As it turns out, that kept getting pushed down below top priority, mainly due to greater demand for other things relative to that... anyone wanting to buy Webinator/Texis OS-X (other than free version) let us know via sales contact, some orders will help get it done...
