yeah right! even I found full text extraction when processing with -fother. But there is a problem. We have discussion forums(in our site) similar to this, where users can attach a document. The script uses the mime settings to determine which option to use. Now even if the document looks more like excel but it returns MSWord in mime settings and according processes it with -fmsw. It is quite difficult to figure out which word document we have to process using -fmsw and which one with -fother. Do you have any suggestions?

For now I think you'll just have to process them all with -fother until we can determine what the problem with spreadsheets cells is.
