What is meant by copy texis.exe to monitor.exe. I am to that point successfully and am unsure what I need to do. My texis.exe and monitor.exe are both in the same directory.

From a command line it's just
copy texis.exe monitor.exe
From a gui you would have to delete monitor.exe, copy and paste texis.exe and rename the copy to monitor.exe.

I was able to complete the process of updating monitor.exe however last night it looks like the automatic index still failed. What else can I try short of reinstalling Webinator? We have 16 profiles some more complicated than others. It would take us quite some time to start from scratch. Any ideas?

Same kind of failure messages or something different this time?

Everything is the same as the previous error message except when I run a texis.exe -ls it displays the following.

Please upload all of the files in the d:\Program Files\Thunderstone Software\Webinator\texis\testdb directory to ftp://ftp.thunderstone.com/pub/people/mmcfadden1030 . Then post back here to let us know they're there so we can look at them.

Ok, I converted them to 64 bit for you and placed them into a subdirectory called 64bit. Rename your existing testdb folder to something else (like testdb32). Then create a new testdb folder and place all of the files from the 64bit directory into that. Then you should be good to go and do new walks on all of your profiles.

where is the subdirectory called 64bit located?
