Performance problems

The limit warning coming in the middle of the index update is indicative of a problem that was found recently and could cause the slowness you're seeing. I expect the fix will be on the update server real-soon-now.

Just to let you know, for testing purposes i cut the index in 3 pieces, so i can't say if the patch fixed the problem above, but we still have the performance problems.
