Recent Errors: Not in Requirements

Ok the new walk did not show a change.
What I am thinking is that in the "search settings" I set the word ordering(max),word proximity(max), database frequency(off), document frequency(max),position in text(max),and clicks from home(off)

Are these the "requirements" that aren't being met?

The search settings should not have an impact. If you go to List/Edit URLs, and start with a url that has a link to one of the missing URLs, and see what it shows under Children. It should list the links, and either the reason it wasn't followed, or a link to the details on that page.
