Soryy about the second message but, is there anyway to have gw go through
only the files that are currently indexed in the database (i.e. I added
some meta tags to pages that weren't being ranked high enough and want them
reindexed.)

You can delete the pages with gw -s "delete from html where Url='xxx'", and
individually respecify the URL's you want re-fetched.
