Customizing Webinator result set

Post by Thunderstone »

Hi!

I just installed the Webinator today, and so far it's working great.

The only problem I've had is customizing the header and footer of the
results page. I tried putting the 'top.html' and 'bottom.html' pages
in both the cgi-bin where the webinator program is stored, as well as
the directory where the database and gw program are stored.

It doesn't seem to affect the result page at all. Is there something
else I could try?

Thanks,

Sorry if the documentation was not clear about that. It should be clearer now.

Each database has its own top.html and bottom.html as opposed to older
versions of Webinator where there was only one of each. The top.html and
bottom.html files need to be in the database directory (.../webinator/db
for the default database).
