todo.tbl

I made a dump from the todo.tbl (see a part below) which appr. 60 mb to
see what is in it & why it is so big. 2 questions;
- What does the number DLsecs mean, the manual explanation isn't real
clear to me.
- Why are there sites with dept 5 although they are not really that
deep?
