Right, -rewalk starts from scratch and walks the urls you specified before
using the options you last used.
Your other option is to use -e. Adding -V will make is only download
the full page if it has changed since last being fetched. That may
speed it up if you have many large static pages. You would also probably
want to use -X to delete pages that are no longer present.
The database is searchable during the walk in both cases, but will slow down
a bit in the second case if many pages have changed.
