I only get one result

My search only returns one result. I am searching a catalog of products and can only seem to get back the result for the A-Z listing of the whole catalog. I did not set up webinator, I inherited from the another developer. The database used is mySQL. Does anyone have any suggestions of why this is happening?

Webinator does not use mySQL. It has it's own built in database (Texis). Presumably you have indexed the website data using "gw".
Did it index more than one page?

What are you searching for? Is this at a URL we can try?

Yes, the website is indexed using gw. You can try the search at:

There are three radio buttons you can choose.
1. The General (Products & Services, Press Releases, etc.)
2. Database Catalog Profiles
3. Documentation & Tech Support

The General and Documentation searches seem to work fine. The Database Catalog Profiles search is where the problem lies. If you search, you will generally get 'No documents matched your query'. If you search a product code (internal term). For example, FSTA, you get the A-Z list. It seems like the search needs to go one level deeper. Any info would help!!

I tried the FSTA search, and got the catalog page. Clicking on the FSTA link however gave a 404 Page not found error, so it appears that the deeper level pages do not exist. Maybe you gave the wrong URL for the overall catalog page?
