Scripts and Webinator dirs in different places

I am attempting to install Webinator on our webserver, after testing it on my local machine. However the (IIS) server is set up so that its home directory is referred to another drive (D:) while texis.exe would have to go in C:/inetpub/scripts. Should this cause problems?

Also, if I get things up and running on my site, will it be a big change when I buy the commercial license (in order to index more than 10,000 pages)? Will the change cause a lot of work?

Thanks in advance,

It doesn't matter if the scripts and texis.exe are on different drives.
The commercial version installs over the top of the free version and works the same way, just without the same limitation.
