webinator perm error

can anyone shed some light on this error?

000 Nov 20 14:51:42 /webinator/search:522: Insufficient permissions on html in the function ipreparetree 000 Nov 20 14:51:42 /webinator/search:522: SQLExecute() failed with -1 in the function execntexis No documents match the query.

i have been able to walk thru some parts of a dir tree
and create data, however i get stuck when i try to
search.

Webinator 2 or 4? That should never happen in either, but version 4 gives you more ability to modify things. Have you modified the scripts?

to be honest, i think we are using webinator 2, and
i don't think we have modified scripts. are you refering
to the following, i.e. the main search script?:

how can i verify the version?

p.s. we have reinstalled several times so i think
the scripts are untouched.

In version 2 you use gw from a command line to walk sites. In version 4 you use dowalk from a web browser. gw -version or texis -version are also indicative.

I meant either the search script in either version, and/or the dowalk script in version 4.

I would try deleting the walked database directory and everything in it by hand and doing the walk over.

Rebuilding db was the fix. Seems to be working
fine.
