I want to specify a file that contains a list of URL to walk, but what is the format of this file .txt .htm ? How do I specify the URL into it ? between quotes, double quotes ? In which directory should I copy this file ?

According to the online help:
"This is the URL of a text file on a webserver that contains a list of URLs to walk. List exactly one url per line in the file."

Don't add quotes or any other notation.
If you want to use a file instead of a web page see "URL File":
"This is the full path to a file on the disk that contains a list of URLs to walk. List exactly one url per line in the file."
