I'm using an options file with following in it:

d/InetPub/millenium/search/db2
jhttp://webdev/
t5
fasp
napplication/pdf,pdf,pdftotx
k\alnum{2,30}
k\alnum=[alnum/]{1,29}

but when I index the site, it doesn't seem to be using the -k options listed. They only work when I put them on the command line. Am I doing something wrong?

On the last line you should have [\alnum/]{1,29} with the backslash before the alnum. Not sure if that was a difference with what you had on the command line.

Also make sure you don't have any trailing spaces on the lines of the options file.
