Are there release notes for 4.x Texis.. I want a list of the new features and how they work, like indexmeter and indextrace and any other goodies you guys have come up with.

Open a tech support ticket indicating the release (date) you're running (or previous release if you recently upgraded) and we can supply an unofficial rev list.
