How do I install the free Webinator on an ISP?

My ISP is running NT 4, SP 3 with IIS 3(?). We have a virtual domain
account which I build/manage using FrontPage 98.

I ran the free index that Thunderstone hosts and was BLOWN away by the
results. I'd stick with that but I'd much rather maintain a local copy of
my database if possible.

I dowloaded the NT x86 version of Webinator and now have no idea what to do
next. Do I install it on my local machine and then copy the files over? Do
I need to have my ISP install it instead? Any direction/starting point
would be appreciated.

Since you can't get "telnet" access to an NT server, you would need your ISP
to install Webinator for you. You won't be able to run the walker without
command line access though. The current NT Webinator is built for those
with control over their web server.
