Tried a simple installation of webinator (commercial produkt, CD shipped by fedEx)) on Win2k Server. After configuration of a simple walk (update and go pressed), login-mask reappeared. Even the slightest change of walk-configuration I make is not accepted. It cannot be a cookie-problem, as cookies are accepted by my browser. cgi-bin directory has execute permission. IIS is used as webserver.

A missing or mangled cookie is the only reason it would reissue the login form. Double check your browsers cookie/security settings for the host where webinator is installed. Also make sure you're not going through a proxy or firewall that strips or otherwise alters cookies.
