We indexed some pages via master.com about
private foundations

About half the pages are about "national" giving

So, on those pages there is always:
"geographic focus: national"

But 51 pages don't have the phrase "geographic focus:"

Every page has the word "foundation."

I can get the ones that state 'national' by:
putting "geographic focus: national" in the search box

I can get the ones without the phrase by:
putting
foundation -geographic

But, I try to aggregate the two sets using an OR, and get no pages:
( "geographic focus: national") OR ( foundation -geographic)

Here is the URL. How's it done? Thanks.

It doesn't make sense to or those two queries. If all of the pages of interest contain "foundation" then search for that.

But technically you could do
(geographic focus: national,foundation)

In general you should be asking how to use master.com services on Master.com's tech support message board.
